She educates, empowers, inspires, and reminds women to live by their inner truths, their intuition, deep body knowing and the Divine Feminine!! Bringing FREEDOM, Courage, Generosity, Love, and their Soul’s purpose to them and the world we are all co-creating!!

I launched my life in the Chiropractic world with my Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and subsequently Certified in Pregnancy and Pediatrics (CACCP) by the International Chiropractic and Pediatric Association (ICPA). Nothing gave me more gratification then helping mothers, fathers, kids, live and thrive in their bodies better!  My office was in Danbury, Connecticut, in the only free standing birth center in the state.  I incorporated techniques that were gentle and low force, becoming Advanced Certified in Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique and Koren Specific Technique, fortunate enough to study directly under the creator of the Koren Specific Technique, Tedd Koren.

Emily Jo Wiadro

Having a lifetime relationship with movement as a dancer, the practice of yoga came naturally to Emily Wiadro almost two decades ago. Through her own physical and emotional transformation within a couple years of diving into the yoga practice,  Emily found herself passionate about yoga as a life mission.   Shortly afterwards, Emily acquired her 200 hour teacher training through Lotus Gardens Yoga in CT.    After moving to Brattleboro in 2007, Emily began her training with Joseph and Lillian Le Page of IYT (Integrative Yoga Therapy). Through IYT, Emily studied 500 hours becoming educated by the many tools available through the science of yoga for focusing and unifying body, mind and soul (yoga=unity).

As the founder and primary teacher at healixyoga, Emily has created a truly accessible practice which students find safe, supportive, and strengthening.  You can also find Emily teaching online at www.OmPractice.com which is a live and interactive platform.  Emily's passion for sharing the magic of yoga is second only to her commitment to family and community.
