Morning Yoga Practice 6:45 - 8:15AM

Each morning, we’ll meet to explore a therapeutically minded yoga class focusing on loosening up the joints, increasing strength and stability, and connecting to our breath. Classes will be themed on an exploration of chakras and include a guided meditation during sivasana.  You are sure to float effortlessly into your day with the newfound space and energy you will feel from each morning’s practice.

Off to your included breakfast in The Lodge restaurant and then explore the area!  Maybe hit the slopes?  Go snow showing?  x-country skiing?  Perhaps a stroll in downtown Breckinridge where boutiques and restaurants abound.   We are happy to refer  you to local spa services if you don't find what you are looking for in the spa at The Lodge.  And don't forget to leave time for hot tubs!!!!

With the information gleaned on your retreat questionnaire. we will schedule your 5 private sessions to best accommodate intentions for the week.   

Afternoon Restorative Practice 4-5PM

The evening restorative class emphasizes the concept of finding ease in body and mind.  Emily skillfully guides you through a gentle series hip opening, spinal releasing poses. The perfect practice following a day on the slopes, this practice focuses on soothing the nervous system, integrating the day, and creating space within the body. 

Optional Educational Sessions

Throughout the week, we will let you know  about a few separate information sessions which are designed to offer you more time to discuss ancient ways.  We'll talk about doshas, nutrition, breath and biorhythms, to name a few possible topics. 

2 Community Vegetarian Dinners

On Monday and Friday evening we will gather to break bread together at The Lodge.  These included  meals  will be a wonderful opportunity for us to share and cultivate connection amongst our Summit Sacred Retreat participants.
